Crunchy tomato salad -- Light and hard to resist

INGREDIENTS:

3 nos. Tomato(large, ripe and firm)
1 cup Peanuts(roasted and coarse ground)
½ cup Coconut(freshly grated)
½ cup Cilantro(chopped)
Sugar to taste
Salt to taste
1 tbsp. Lime juice

DIRECTIONS:

Chop the tomatoes into med size pieces. Mix all the ingredients and serve.
